Thank you for entering the World Spirits Challenge 2026.
Please read the shipping instructions carefully to ensure your samples arrive smoothly and on time.
1. Sample Delivery Window
Delivery period: January 1 – February 13, 2026
Warehouse receiving hours:
Monday – Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
⚠️ Samples arriving outside the delivery window will not be accepted, and no refunds will be issued.
2. Sample Quantity Requirements
Each entry must include one of the following:
2 bottles × 700ml or 750ml
or 3 bottles × 500ml
➡️ Minimum total volume per entry: 1400ml
Please ensure bottles are securely packed and clearly labeled.
3. Shipping Destination & Delivery Label
📍 All samples must be shipped to the WSC warehouse in Macau.
The Delivery Label (including the warehouse address) will be available in your My Account dashboard once your entry and payment have been successfully completed.

The Delivery Label must be completed and securely attached to the outside of your shipping box.
🚫 Uncoordinated shipments may result in customs delays or rejection.
4. Courier & Import Requirements (Very Important)
We recommend using standard international courier services such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx, only after confirmation from our import partner.
Non-standard courier services may not provide door-to-door delivery in Macau, which could result in additional handling fees, payable by the entrant.
Key Import Rules for Macau:
Courier companies do not offer “Delivered Duty Paid (DDP)” services to Macau.
All customs duties, taxes, and related charges must be paid in advance by the entrant.
Shipments will only be released after duties are settled with the Macau authorities.
Unpaid or underpaid shipments will not be accepted by our logistics partner.

“Shipper accepts charges”
5. Mandatory Contact with Import Partner
To avoid customs delays, you must contact our official import partner before shipping.

* Commercial invoice
* Bottle photographs (front and back views)
⚠️ Both the commercial invoice and packing list must list:
Importer of Record: KLN Logistics (Macau) Limited
🚫 Samples must not be shipped without confirmation from KLN Logistics.
6. Duties & Taxes (Macau)
Macau spirits duties are calculated as follows:
Alcohol ≥ 30% vol
CIF Macau value × 10% (MOP)
Plus MOP 20 per liter
Alcohol < 30% vol, No duty applies
All duties, taxes, and related fees are the sole responsibility of the entrant.
7. Responsibility & Insurance
WSC is not responsible for tracking shipments.
WSC and its logistics partner do not accept liability for samples lost or damaged in transit.
Insurance is optional but strongly recommended.
8. Final Notes
All samples must be shipped Duty Paid.
Entrants are responsible for all shipping, customs, and transportation costs.
